How It Works
Getting started is easy. Here’s how the process will work, step by step.
First Appointment
Request a phone consultation with our program specialist to talk about what you are looking for and to discuss programs and testing for what treatment options are best for you. You will get access to our online secure patient portal to fill out our paper work and obtain your lab work information. We will then send an ‘in-network’ mobile phlebotomist to you, who will visit you at your home or office. Upon arrival, our ‘in-network’ phlebotomist will collect a blood sample. You can also walk into any local Quest Labs for your blood draw. Both of these options will give us your lab results within 10-14 business days of the blood draw.
Test Results
For most patients, we schedule your consultation roughly 14 business days after your bloodwork/testing is completed, to ensure enough time for the results to get to us. Your results will often include the following panels: CBC, CMP, testosterone, free Testosterone, sex hormone binding globulin, estradiol, Pregnenolone, C-reactive protein, progesterone, LH and FSH, thyroid antibodies, total T3, total T4, cortisol, DHEA-S, PSA, vitamin D and vitamin B12 and much much more
Personalized Consultation
During your consultation with our doctor, you will discuss your health goals, currently lifestyle choices, and analyze your testing results. Our doctor will make recommendations based on what you are looking to accomplish, and what the data from the test results say. This consultation is roughly 60 minutes long and you will have the time to ask any questions you may have.
Program Selection & Medications
After a few different customized options are presented to you, you will feel informed and ready to move forward with the program that you and the doctor both feel is right for you.
Once you get started, we will order your medications, and show you how to use your medications. Medications will be sent directly to you from one of our in-network pharmacies.
You will also receive an in depth dosing video from our doctor and have the chance to do a personalized dosing appointment with the doctor if needed.
Monitoring
You are now on your way, with your monthly membership fee. Most of our memberships include doctor consults, costs of medications, shipping/supplies, and prescription refills as we monitor your health, making sure your experience is a good one. You continue to receive free guidance on your treatment, fitness, and nutrition while you stay active with us, so that we can ensure you are tracking towards achieving your goals.
